Tim Farron is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Westmorland and Lonsdale since 2005.
In 2015 Farron was elected leader of the Liberal Democrats following the resignation of Nick Clegg. Farron resigned after the 2017 general election and was replaced by Vince Cable on 20 July 2017.
